- Maintain accurate student health records and document services provided.
- Participate in educational efforts within the department and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with management, parents/guardians, school staff, and healthcare personnel.
- Provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs.
- Ensure compliance with departmental, school, state, federal, and HR policies and guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience; pediatric and school setting experience preferred.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or must obtain within 5 years; RN licensure required.
- BLS certification required.
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
