Key Responsibilities
- Deliver school health services, including routine, special needs, and emergency first aid.
- Maintain accurate student health records and document services provided.
- Participate in educational initiatives within the department and collaborate with hospital teams.
- Communicate effectively with management, parents, school staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive care aligned with departmental, school, state, and federal policies.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience, preferably in pediatric nursing and school settings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification are mandatory.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or to be obtained within five years.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
- Part-time role with a FTE of 0.65, onsite work, Monday to Friday during school sessions.
