Position: Co-Worker Health Nurse (LPN or RN) providing essential health services to staff at a healthcare facility.

- Plan, organize, and perform co-worker health activities in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct health assessments for new employees, including drug testing, medical history, lab work, and immunizations.
- Manage TB screening, respirator fit testing, and annual vaccination programs.
- Provide first aid and follow-up care for on-the-job injuries.
- Potentially serve as Workers' Compensation coordinator, depending on location.
- Minimum 2 years hospital or clinical experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Oklahoma LPN or RN license.
- Preferred BLS certification (may be provided after hire).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.
