- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently on a specialized unit
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current Illinois RN license required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior nursing experience or CNA background preferred for new graduates
