Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care, assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing preferred; requires 1 years of RN experience in an inpatient setting. Must hold a current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to hospital policies.
Key Duties: Deliver safe, efficient patient care, document observations, and function as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role may involve rotating shifts with night hours and holiday/weekend work.
