Responsibilities Include
Responsibilities Include
- Performing accurate patient assessments and identifying needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition and age
- Providing timely and appropriate documentation in medical records
- Completing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
- Conducting quality improvement assessments
- Valid RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months
- Preferred: one year of nursing experience and ASLS certification
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a 64-bed Med/Surg unit
- Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements
