- Performing accurate patient assessments and identifying care needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions based on patient conditions
- Providing age-appropriate and condition-specific care
- Documenting medical records accurately and timely
- Developing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
- Conducting quality improvement assessments
- RN license is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months
- Preferred: at least one year of experience and ASLS certification
