Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN); current RN licensure; BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS) may be required based on unit needs; physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts.
