Registered Nurse Inpatient Post Surgical

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality inpatient surgical nursing care in a full-time night shift at a medical center. The nurse will lead patient care, develop and monitor personalized care plans, coordinate communication among healthcare teams, and ensure seamless patient transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Initiate and adapt patient care plans based on evolving needs.
• Act as a central communication link among physicians, specialists, and staff.
• Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, document changes, and communicate promptly.
• Manage physician and nursing orders, coordinating discharge plans for effective care transitions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
