Role: Registered Nurse Inpatient Post Surgical

Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult post-operative patients on an acute inpatient unit.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor post-surgical status.
• Manage pain and administer medications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery.
• Support safe discharge processes and promote infection prevention.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of post-surgical care, medication administration, and infection control. Ability to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Commitment to ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives.
