Patient Access Team Lead

Join our team as a Patient Access Support Specialist, responsible for ensuring efficient patient intake and support in Neuroscience and Behavioral Health departments.

Key duties include

• monitoring operational functions and patient flow
• providing first-level support and coaching to staff
• tracking department metrics and generating reports
• handling escalated patient concerns
• training staff and identifying workflow improvements
• serving as a resource during leadership absence
• maintaining quality customer service and fostering team collaboration
• assisting with scheduling and department meetings
• performing special projects and ancillary tasks
  
  

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED,

• 2 years healthcare and scheduling experience
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
• ability to work in a collaborative environment
• preferred leadership background
