- Conducting mammography and diagnostic radiology procedures following ACR Guidelines and MQSA standards.
- Managing patient positioning, care, and communication during exams.
- Ensuring equipment and protocols are correctly utilized to produce accurate images.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology recognition.
- Adapting to departmental needs by adjusting routines and handling equipment and patients safely.
- Utilizing computer skills for documentation and image management.
- Handling physical demands including lifting objects over 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and repositioning patients and equipment.
- Maintaining focus on detailed tasks amid interruptions for extended periods.
- Registered in Mammography (ARRT credential).
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in mammography and diagnostic radiology.
- Knowledge of equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Strong communication, tact, and discretion skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks and patient interactions effectively.
