Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or other designated supervisor.

Responsibilities include

• collecting patient data through observation
• assisting in patient assessment and care planning
• delivering care aligned with organizational policies and the patient care plan
• communicating effectively with patients and team members
• participating in quality improvement projects and team activities
  
  

The ideal candidate will have

• graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or passed the LPN Boards
• at least one year of recent LPN experience preferred
• excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• proficiency with electronic medical records and computer skills
• current LPN license and BLS certification as required by the state
• flexibility to adapt to unpredictable situations
  
  

This role offers full-time hours with a schedule of four 10-hour days, primarily weekdays, with no weekend or call responsibilities.

Compensation ranges from $26.52 to $39.32 per hour.
