- Medical Assistant: High school diploma or GED; BLS certification within 90 days; 6 months clinical experience preferred; certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA) or EMT/Paramedic accepted.
- LPN: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program; active LPN license; 6 months clinical experience preferred.
