Key Responsibilities
- Assess, educate, and train patients, caregivers, and facility staff on infusion services and products.
- Coordinate with sales and healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and optimize care continuity.
- Develop and modify nursing care plans, perform treatments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Provide mentorship to nursing staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Participate in discharge planning, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing training to enhance service quality.
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
