The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention plans tailored to children with autism, based on medical necessity. They assess, monitor progress, and modify treatment programs across various settings, including center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth. Responsibilities include creating individualized goals, providing direct therapy, conducting parent training, and supervising staff to ensure effective implementation of interventions.

Key Duties Include
- Assessing learners using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and others
- Supervising program implementation and providing feedback
- Training and supporting staff and parents
- Participating in meetings and developing staff through performance reviews and training
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification and state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year supervised experience and 2 years working with youth with autism
