The Director, Division Operation Support is a key support role responsible for delivering on core acute hospital operations and projects to enable operational efficiencies, business transformation, and growth. The position will report to the respective Division President and will be responsible for supporting / drive operational initiatives for a division of acute care hospitals. The Director will play a key role in the division by shaping new ways of implementing and enabling change across the organization.
How you'll contribute
A Director, Division Operation Support who excels in this role:
Lead and accelerate cross-functional teams in identifying, designing, and executing initiatives across all departments.
Strong communication skills, extensive experience in healthcare operations, and working with senior division leaders on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with senior executives to align efforts with operations strategic objectives.
Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the implementation of operations initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Develop, implement, and analyze performance metrics to track progress and success of operations initiatives.
Coordinate across divisions with colleagues on standardization and alignment of reporting
Maintain a high level of reliability, professionalism, and availability in alignment with the operational demands of the division.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
Applicants should Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree; MHA or MBA preferred
Additional requirements include:
5-7 years of healthcare operations experience (required)
5-7 years of implementing / solutioning in a multi-site environment (required)
1 years of leading strategic initiatives, change management, or complex project/program execution (preferred)"
1 years of process improvement experience (preferred)
Experience collaborating with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across hospital functions (preferred)
