Marketing Director

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment, ideally with a proven track record of helping scale companies to $15M in revenue. This role is designed for a doer — someone who thrives on execution, can roll up their sleeves, and drive results, not just delegate. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, eager to make a transformational contribution, and motivated by the opportunity to be part of a growth journey to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Oversee and collaborate with external agencies while holding them accountable for performance.
- Manage digital ad strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.), testing, and creative optimization.
- Drive D2C growth strategies in e-commerce, including acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Own analytics and KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention to inform decision-making.
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven marketing leadership in start-up or entrepreneurial environments.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling a company to $15M annual revenue.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce and D2C marketing strategies.
- Strong hands-on skills in executing campaigns; comfortable working closely with agencies and vendors.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on marketing performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for growth, transformation, and building toward an exit event.
