- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciliation of medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluating patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in a clinical specialty is a plus.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
