Adult Care Worker

The role of Adult Residential Support Professional involves providing direct care to residents in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. Key duties include

• monitoring and supporting residents in a structured environment
• serving as a positive role model and offering encouragement
• documenting observations and supporting treatment plans
• assisting with medication management, housekeeping, meals, and daily activities
• transporting residents to appointments and community activities
• facilitating educational and life-skills programs
• responding to emergencies and maintaining safety and confidentiality

Qualifications include a

• High School Diploma or GED
• valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
