Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department (ED).
Responsibilities include: providing and maintaining high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, developing and documenting individualized care plans, performing age-specific interventions, managing emergency treatments, verifying orders and medication administration, monitoring for adverse reactions, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Nursing; current valid RN license; completion of monitor or EKG courses; BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications during orientation.
Preferred skills and experience: at least one year in acute, critical, or emergency care; certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN are advantageous.
Key qualities: proficiency in medication and IV therapy policies, ability to respond effectively in emergencies, and strong collaboration skills.
