We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a critical care / step-down unit within a healthcare system.

- Providing care for patients requiring advanced monitoring (e.g., drips, chest tubes, central lines)
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
- Delivering patient-centered care focused on safety and positive outcomes
- Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
- RN license (WI or compact eligible); Trauma Nursing Core Course preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred
- Open to new graduates and experienced nurses with at least 3 years in a similar setting
- Comfortable working in a high-acuity environment
