- Contributes to developing and implementing care plans.
- Participates in evaluating patient care strategies.
- Provides patient care and supports nursing staff.
- Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge.
- Participates in ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals.
- Currently enrolled as a senior in an approved nursing program, within 1 year of expected graduation.
- Meets or exceeds academic requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
