Qualifications & Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with projected graduation within one year of hire, or evidence of current enrollment and good standing with a projected graduation date.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning under RN guidance.
- Implement and evaluate care plans.
- Support healthcare team activities and participate in educational initiatives.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and develop clinical knowledge.
