- Perform patient assessments, neuro monitoring, trauma stabilization, and care planning
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Champion patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Support education, onboarding, and performance feedback
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with relevant clinical experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of neuro trauma care, patient safety, and regulatory standards
