- Executes care plans and evaluates patient progress.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care needs.
- Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in continuous education.
- Completes assigned goals efficiently.
- Currently enrolled as a senior student in an approved nursing program, within one year of graduation.
- Meet or exceed academic requirements.
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred).
