- Engages in ongoing educational activities to build clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Completes assigned goals efficiently.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time senior in an approved nursing program, nearing graduation.
- Meets or exceeds academic requirements.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Possesses BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
