We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled home healthcare for adult patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator support.

- Delivering and documenting personalized nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Developing, updating, and executing nursing care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and confidentiality.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (compact licenses accepted if transferred within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
- Minimum six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged walking, and repositioning patients.
- Willingness to function in diverse environments, potentially exposing to blood and infectious materials.
