The Weekend Supervisor oversees nursing unit operations in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality resident care. Key duties include managing care team staff through hiring, disciplining, and evaluation; facilitating meetings to address resident care issues; developing programs for staff recruitment, retention, and education; coordinating with physicians for timely interventions; monitoring staffing patterns and census; supervising clinical operations and resident conditions; ensuring availability of medications and supplies; and assisting in staff orientation and skill monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active licensure as an LPN or RN in the state.
- Preferred CPR certification, with ability to obtain and maintain certification within 30 days.
- At least three years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, quality care.
