Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active LPN or RN license in the state
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum of three years nursing experience, including one year in long-term care
- Manage staffing, resident care, and clinical operations
- Coordinate with physicians and ensure timely interventions
- Participate in staff development and orientation
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure quality care
- Quarterly pay increases and daily pay options
