Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy, working in a fast-paced environment with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and on-call duties. Utilize electronic medical records (EPIC) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapy providers.
Qualifications: Valid OT certification and licensure for Alaska, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, at least 1 year of acute care experience. Experience in inpatient settings and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
Skills: Ability to work independently, adapt to a rotating schedule, and demonstrate proficiency in inpatient therapy.
Additional Info: May require float rotation, background clearance, and fingerprinting. The unit has 175 beds with 60 therapy staff members.
