Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, document clinical activities, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services, participate in training, and ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active license in Maine, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and preferred bilingual skills. Experience in outpatient settings is advantageous.
Key Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create effective treatment strategies, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to professional and safety standards.
