Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Educate patients, families, and significant others on health topics
- Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Achieve assigned goals
- Minimum requirements include computer literacy
- Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
