Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain candidate pipelines, utilize sourcing tools (ATS, Boolean search, social media), engage candidates, and collaborate with clients to meet hiring needs. Manage KPIs including candidate outreach, screenings, submissions, and maintaining ATS accuracy. Provide weekly updates and ensure timely candidate delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: 3 years full-cycle agency recruiting experience in healthcare, proficiency in sourcing 100 candidates/day, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace. Must be US citizen with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
