Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.

What You'll Do
As Our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, You'll
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple channels.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and hiring decisions with leadership teams.
- Negotiate and extend competitive offers while ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, hiring processes, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Develop recruiting materials, job advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry organizations to strengthen talent engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, or corporate environments.
- HR support or Human Resources experience.
- Experience partnering with leadership and hiring managers across multiple departments.
- Remote flexibility with limited monthly travel.
