- Shared coverage of two Level II NICUs:
- Orange Park Medical Center - 10-bed NICU
- Memorial Medical Center - 10-bed NICU
- Care for infants 30 weeks or 1250g , following Florida Level II guidelines
- Work as part of a highly collegial team:
- 6 Neonatologists
- 1 Pediatrician
- 16 Advanced Practice Providers
- APPs provide night and weekend in-house coverage, with neonatologists on home call
- Providers also participate in normal newborn care in partnership with pediatricians
