An established and largest urology group in North Mississippi is excited to welcome an additional urologist to its growing team! This long-standing practice in Tupelo has built a strong regional reputation for delivering advanced urologic care in a collaborative private practice environment. The group is currently comprised of five urologists and ten APPs.
This opportunity offers the ability to practice comprehensive general urology with access to modern technology, strong surgical volume, and robust APP support. - General urology position with opportunity to subspecialize especially in Oncology and FPMRS/URPS
- Strong APP infrastructure with approximately 10 Advanced Practice Providers assisting with clinic, consults, and call coverage
- Call rotation 1:5 with APPs assisting with first call responsibilities
- Balanced schedule with approximately: 2-day clinic / 2-day OR, and remaining time for administrative responsibilities or call
- Practice owns and operates a modern ambulatory surgery center opened in 2023
- Robotics experience preferred, not required
- Mentorship available for new grads
- Flexible compensation structure with employed model or partnership track
- Partnership eligibility after approximately 2 years
