What You’ll Do

• Lead and stabilize nursing operations in underperforming or transitioning communities
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
• Mentor and develop nursing teams to improve retention and performance
• Drive clinical systems, processes, and accountability
• Support financial performance through efficient staffing and care delivery
  
  

What You Bring

• RN license in good standing (multi-state flexibility preferred)
• Proven leadership as a DON, ADON, or nurse manager in long-term care
• Strong survey/compliance knowledge
• Ability to quickly assess, implement, and lead change
• A passion for improving resident care and supporting teams
