- State Insurance License.
- 2 years’ experience selling group health insurance products with a proven track record OR have met HCSC group health new sales goals in a group health insurance sales role and demonstrated ability to sell and close larger sized group accounts.
- Knowledge of and experience with group managed care products including HMO and PPO processes and trends.
- 3 years in a position which requires self-direction, initiative, and decision-making.
- Verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers.
- Ability to sell, negotiate and close sales.
- Detail oriented; customer service oriented.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays within assigned territory. INJLF Compensation: $57,900.00 - $86,900.00
