Essential Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through senior-level technology positions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, organizational structures, technical requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Lead intake meetings and provide recommendations regarding talent availability, market conditions, and competitive recruiting practices.

- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, competencies, and overall fit.
- Drive inclusive recruiting practices and support diversity hiring initiatives.
- Facilitate candidate interviews, selection processes, offer development, negotiations, and acceptance activities.
- Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent trends, and competitor hiring activity.
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve recruiting effectiveness and stakeholder decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced recruiters when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3 years of experience recruiting for Information Technology, Digital, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Software Engineering roles.
- Demonstrated success filling difficult-to-fill and highly specialized technical positions.
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within large corporate, healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
- Experience supporting Agile, Product, Digital, Cloud, or Data organizations.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
- Experience using recruiting analytics and workforce planning data to influence hiring strategies.
