Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.
- Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.
- Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.
- Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- ITIL or similar framework experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
