We are seeking an experienced Circulating Nurse to join our Surgical Services team in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

- Serving as the RN Circulator for various surgical procedures
- Providing safe, high-quality perioperative care for patients across all ages
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
- Assisting with diverse surgeries such as endoscopic, orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, GI, podiatry, and pediatric dental
- Participating in pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and PACU patient care
- Sharing rotating on-call duties with weekend and holiday coverage
- Practicing within AORN standards and Nebraska Board of Nursing regulations
- Current Nebraska RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
- Operating Room circulating experience preferred
- PACU and post-anesthesia recovery experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient and surgical needs
- Broad perioperative nursing practice with various surgical specialties
