Responsibilities Include
- Serving as the RN Circulator for various surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Providing safe, high-quality perioperative care for patients of all ages
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
- Assisting with procedures such as endoscopic, orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, GI, podiatry, and pediatric dental surgeries
- Participating in pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and PACU patient care
- Sharing on-call duties, including weekends and holidays
- Practicing within AORN standards and state nursing regulations
- Current Nebraska RN license
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred
- Operating Room circulating and PACU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient and surgical needs
