We are seeking a Per Diem California-Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide home visiting nursing services in Whittier and surrounding areas.

- Utilizing EMR systems, with experience in MyUnity preferred.
- Communicating effectively with patients and team members.
- Pursuing training to enhance home health skills.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid California LVN license, current CPR, driver’s license, and insurance.
- Physical exam, TB test, and immunization records.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese are a plus.
