We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery team, responsible for providing safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to mothers, newborns, and families. The role involves delivering compassionate support during labor, delivery, and postpartum, ensuring optimal outcomes, and creating empowering birth experiences.

- Providing nursing care in Labor & Delivery, High-Risk Obstetrics, OB Peri-Operative Services, and Antenatal Care
- Participating in cross-training opportunities and potentially advancing into OBGYN Emergency care
- Upholding clinical excellence and safety standards
- Working on a 12-hour night shift with weekend, holiday, and on-call commitments
- BSN or commitment to obtain within three years
- Minimum two years of acute care Labor & Delivery experience
- Delaware RN licensure or multistate license
- BLS certification
