Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the applicable state.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency with technology and EHR systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide in-person services within designated facilities.
