• Radius Rule: 60 mile radius applies
Qualification and Requirements:
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience as a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• American Heart Association BLS
• NY LPN Licensure
