Compliance Support Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Support Specialist and play a vital role in safeguarding our organization’s integrity and regulatory adherence. In this detail-oriented position, you will support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs, assist with internal audits, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Your proactive approach will help us navigate complex compliance landscapes, mitigate risks, and uphold our commitment to transparency and ethical business practices.

• Assist in monitoring compliance policies aligned with industry standards such as BSA, OFAC, etc.
• Review departmental compliance
• Assist in conducting fraud investigations.
• Reviews Credit Union procedural compliance.
• Assist in tracking new laws and regulations related to the Credit Union (financial) industry.
• Assists in compliance training

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with professional certifications, or 2 years Credit Union compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including regulatory reporting, fraud detection techniques, and banking operations.
• Familiarity with financial software platforms used for compliance tracking and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.21 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
