What You'll Do
- Assist with reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor new and changing regulations and help implement required updates
- Support internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities
- Assist with investigating compliance concerns or complaints
- Prepare reports related to compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory findings
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities and regulatory reporting
- Assist with employee training on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Support compliance with BSA/AML regulations and internal policies
- 1–2 years of banking or credit union experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret regulations and apply them to operational processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organization and time management skills
