What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily IT operations and employee technology support
- Provide hands-on technical support for branch technology, workstations, printers, peripherals, and user systems
- Coordinate with external technology vendors and support partners
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint devices, security tools, and network-connected equipment
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology setup and device lifecycle management
- Help improve IT processes, documentation, tracking, and operational consistency
- Support information security, compliance, and risk management initiatives
- Assist with technology projects, system rollouts, and process improvements
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Ability to prioritize issues and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Experience working with vendors, systems, and end users
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and general IT operations
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on service and continuous improvement
